The Sandlot Baseball Academy is now offering its “Winter 3-on-3 Hitting League” for players ages 9 to 18. Teams will be comprised of three players, with each team playing on Saturdays or Sundays for six weeks. Each team needs to choose a Name for their Team and an adult sponsor (a dad or mom or coach).

The hitting range will be marked with targets and points will be awarded to those players hitting baseballs into the designated areas. Games will be seven innings long with a maximum time limit of 60 minutes. Each player will come up to bat once an inning and be pitched 6 balls by a Pitching Machine. An official scorekeeper will keep score.

The "Winter 3-on-3 Hitting League" will begin Saturday, January 19th and run through Sunday, February 24th. Brackets for all of the teams in each age division entered in the league will be made by the Sandlot Academy. Games will be played on Saturday or Sunday each week. At the end of the season, the top two teams will play in a tournament the first weekend in December. T-Shirts will be awarded to the first place teams in each age division, plus their names will be added to the Winner's Board which will be located inside the Sandlot Academy.

The cost to enter is $180.00 per team, or $60.00 per player.

Each team must sign up in an age group category. The age groups are as follows:
10U - 10 and Under
12U - 12 and Under
14U - 14 and Under
18U - 18 and Under

You must have at least 2 players in attendance or it will be considered a forfeit. If only 2 players are available, then the players will take turns batting twice an inning. No make-up games will be allowed. The Team Sponsor will be called with the schedule and notified of any game changes. The Team Sponsor will be responsible for handing out the schedules.
